Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a technology associate attorney with 4-6 years of law firm experience. The candidate should preferably have experience representing companies in the areas of domestic and international technology; intellectual property licensing arrangements; transfer of technology and intellectual property and outsourcing contracts; corporate matters; and intellectual property matters, including drafting, negotiating, and advising on technology transactions involving software and data licensing, marketing and distribution, technology development and services; supporting various forms of corporate transactions; advising on data privacy matters such as drafting privacy policies and negotiating data protection aspects in various transactions; and advising on protection and licensing of trademarks and other intellectual property. Experience with startup and emerging technology companies and interest in TBED would be a plus. Must have New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Florida Bar admissions in good standing.

The candidate must have excellent technical, professional, and client service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills are required.
