Portland office of our client seeks environment, energy and resources attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate should have environmental/natural resources permitting, environmental compliance and enforcement, and environmental due diligence in business transactions. Experience in CERCLA litigation, citizen suit defense, toxic tort litigation, permit challenges will be an asset. Must preferably have judicial clerkship experience.

The successful candidate must demonstrate the potential to independently manage client relationships and matters and the desire to develop client and referral relationships. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to be a team player, and superior interpersonal and communication skills are preferred. Also required is an excellent law school performance, a strong educational background.
