The candidate will provide regulatory counseling and transactional support on a wide array of regulatory matters, including licensing, corporate practice of medicine, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and other fraud and abuse laws, and reimbursement considerations. Experience drafting, revising and negotiating purchase agreements, management agreements, and similar arrangements would be a plus. Experience with the healthcare regulatory due diligence process in transactions of all sizes for a wide range of providers and investors is also an asset.
The candidate must have excellent academic credentials. Superior research and writing skills are required.
