Mid-level to Senior Transactional Associate Attorney

Greensboro office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level to senior transactional associate attorney with 3-6 years of corporate and securities experience in a large regional or national law firm. The candidate should have experience with 1933 Act equity and debt securities offerings and 1934 Act matters, including, proxy statements, periodic reporting on Forms 8-K, 10-K and 10-Q, Section 16 reporting, as well as transactional experience with either mergers and acquisitions or private equity investments. Experience handling corporate governance and executive compensation matters, such as counseling companies on designing and implementing equity incentive plans and employment, severance, and other compensation-related arrangements for both private and public companies is also preferred. Must also be licensed to practice law.
