Washington, D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a real estate associate attorney with 5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience. The candidate will work collaboratively with dedicated partners and associates on a variety of complex transactional matters, such as Real estate acquisitions and dispositions and commercial leasing; Real estate development matters; Real estate finance transactions of all types. Will be contributing to the coordination and execution of a broad range of complex transactional matters such as real estate financing, commercial real estate, asset-based lending, and commercial leasing. Working on closing financings, acquisitions, sales, leases, and the development of the real property. Supporting the practice by performing general research and writing. Buying, selling, leasing, and lender-side finance experience are essential. Previous law firm experience is needed. Must be licensed to practice law in DC and be in good standing.
