The candidate will perform detailed and comprehensive legal research. Will draft research and fact memos. Draft pleadings and motions. Handle written discovery. Take and defend depositions. Present arguments at court hearings. Manage document collection, production and review in complex litigation. Law review or equivalent writing experience is required. Experience using document management and review software is needed.
The candidate must have J.D. degree with strong academic performance.
