Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks energy project development and finance attorney with 4-7 years of transactional legal experience. The candidate will be negotiating and drafting such agreements, and related energy regulatory matters, with substantial direct interface with firm energy clients. Must have experience drafting and negotiating key commercial agreements including, PPAs, EPCs, O&Ms, ESAs, fuel supply, feedstock, offtake, interconnection, loan, security, joint venture, concession, mergers and acquisitions, and other energy and infrastructure project development and finance agreements, and related energy regulatory matters.

Superior academic credentials, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.
