Lead Attorney

Omaha office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a lead attorney with 3 years of legal experience, personal injury experience preferred. The candidate will handle all phases of personal injury and claim cases, including research, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes, for a large volume of cases. In this position, the team will also consist of a case manager to help manage a caseload, client interaction, and documentation. Must have knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures. Must have active license to practice law and/or membership in Bar for Nebraska.

The candidate should have the ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment. Must have superior written and verbal communication skills. Must be a strong Leader. Proven ability to listen and relate to clients with compassion is required. A confident self-starter and problem solver are required. Must have excellent negotiation skills. Should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. A Juris Doctorate degree is required.
