The candidate should be LL.M. student, LL.M. graduate or lateral junior associate. The candidate must have interest (through coursework or work experience) in compensation and benefits matters. Knowledge of, or experience with, the compensation and benefits aspects of mergers and acquisitions and equity compensation is preferred.
