Labor and Employment Litigation Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a labor and employment litigation associate attorney with 2+ years of experience. Must have experience in a wide array of employment law services, including employment litigation and administrative matters, counseling clients on a day to day employment law issues; drafting and reviewing employment-related agreements and policies; enforcement and defense of restrictive covenants; analysis and advice regarding wage/hour issues; labor arbitrations and matters before the NLRB, and employment issues that arise in the firm's corporate transactional practice. The candidate will work one-on-one with partners and gain a depth of experience in a broad range of employment matters.

The candidate must have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
