New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior/mid-level IP litigation associate attorney with experience litigating patent cases. The candidate must have a license to practice in New York. Should preferably have (i) electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technical background; (ii) admission to practice before the USPTO; and (iii) experience litigating in Texas federal courts and/or before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

The candidate should have strong academic qualifications.
