The candidate should preferably have the following: Patent litigation experience; Science/chemical background; Trial/client counseling; and Be admitted to the Patent Bar and the New York bar. Japanese language would be a plus.

The candidate should have excellent judgment and analytical skills. Must have strong interpersonal, management, and administrative skills.
