The candidate should have a strong transactional or contract drafting background with specific experience or an interest in focusing on managed care. Admission to practice law in Texas is mandatory.

The ideal candidate must exhibit the highest level and practical problem solving skills, strong oral presentation and argument ability, and client relations acumen. Must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills. Juris Doctorate degree required.
