FDA Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology Staff Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks FDA pharmaceuticals and biotechnology staff attorney with 1 year of experience practicing law in a law firm, in a relevant government agency, or in-house at a company. The candidate will focus on (1) reviewing and revising a broad range of agreements related to the conduct of clinical trials; (2) working with other attorneys at the firm who specialize in the regulation of pharmaceutical and biotechnology products by the FDA; and (3) assisting other attorneys in the practice group with research projects and in the preparation of documents for clients and for submission to FDA. Must be a member of the California Bar. Previous contracting experience, as well as familiarity with the life sciences industry, is preferred.

The candidate should be a graduate of an accredited law school.
