This role involves advising clients on corporate compliance programs, risk management, and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing and implementing compliance strategies, conducting internal investigations, and providing guidance on corporate governance and regulatory requirements to minimize legal and business risks.

Duties

  • Advise clients on corporate compliance, risk management, and governance matters
  • Develop and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures
  • Conduct internal investigations into potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Provide guidance on regulatory requirements at local, state, and federal levels
  • Draft, review, and negotiate corporate policies, agreements, and compliance documents
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting corporate compliance and provide updates to clients
