Litigation Associate Attorney

San Francisco office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks litigation associate attorney with 2-4 years of experience in complex commercial and business litigation, preferably in some or all of the following areas: class action, real estate, land use, and environmental. The candidate will focus on complex commercial disputes that include class actions, technology-related litigation, real estate, land use and environmental litigation. Will perform and/or support all aspects of litigation work, including legal research, brief-writing, written discovery, depositions, and court appearances. Must be admitted to the State Bar of California.

The candidate should be committed to excellence, teamwork and superior client service. Must have strong academic background and excellent communication and writing skills.
