Washington, D.C. office of an AmLaw firm seeks junior to mid-level environment, energy and resources associate attorney with experience. The ideal candidate must have 2-4 years of experience with environmental regulatory and/or litigation matters. Experience with the Clean Air Act (CAA) Indian Law and/or experience challenging and defending federal approvals under the Administrative Procedure Act is a plus. A prior federal judicial clerkship is also a plus.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials and strong writing, advocacy and client service skills.
