Crestview Hills office of our client seeks associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience preferably in real estate and construction matters and/or commercial litigation/creditors rights matters. The candidate will be working with supervising attorneys to represent developers, contractors, owners and condominium and homeowners associations in a variety of transactional and litigation matters. Will be drafting and negotiation of real estate purchase agreements, leases and other real estate-related documents, reviewing real estate due diligence (including review of title documents and surveys), assisting with commercial real estate and loan closings, drafting and negotiation of construction contracts and policies/amendments for owners associations; drafting pleadings and discovery; performing legal research and writing.

The candidate must possess excellent drafting, writing and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, a high level of organizational skills, strong verbal and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
