Associate Attorney needed for Hartford office

Hartford office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 4 years of demonstrated corporate transactional experience. The candidate should preferably have strong transactional experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, private placements of debt and equity securities, venture capital financing, strategic joint ventures, capital markets, corporate governance, private investment funds, and general corporate matters. Must be a Member of the Bar in good standing in Connecticut.

The candidate should have excellent technical, professional, and client service skills. Must have excellent written and verbal communication and advocacy skills. Team-oriented with an emphasis on collaboration is needed. Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively and to develop creative solutions to meet client and team needs are required.
