Junior Corporate Associate Attorney

McLean office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks junior corporate associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate will serve in the Corporate and Securities Practice. Must have a working knowledge of general private company transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, stock purchases, private equity, and venture capital firm investments, as well as financings. Prior experience working in a major law firm or reputable corporate practice is preferred. VA Bar admission is required.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials and the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
