Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an immigration associate attorney preferably with 2+ years of experience handling employment and/or family-based matters. The candidate will be managing employment-based nonimmigrant visa matters (H, L, E, O, P, TN), family and employment-based immigrant visa matters (EB-2/ EB-3 PERM, EB-1 multinational manager/executive, outstanding researcher, extraordinary ability, and National Interest Waivers), and naturalization cases. Will be developing strategy and drafting complex filings in support of varied matters including RFE responses. Researching, analyzing, and applying regulations and procedure in immigration matters. Communicating regularly with clients regarding case preparation, case processing issues, and case strategy. Supervising the work of paralegal and legal assistant staff. Experience in removal, federal court litigation, and analysis of immigration consequences of crime are a plus. Should have experience in managing a varied caseload in a high-paced environment. A strong interest in following immigration policy developments essential. Strong basic computer skills and familiarity with immigration-related computer systems/tools are essential.

The candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and writing skills. Must have the ability to build strong working relationships with clients and staff. Must have the ability to identify legal issues, analyze facts, and determine appropriate case strategies. Must have enthusiasm for growth, receptive to constructive feedback, and be open-minded.
