The candidate will be serving in the representation of clients before the administrative immigration agencies including the USCIS, the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals as well as the Federal District Courts and Courts of Appeal. Will be drafting of legal documents, petitions and forms in business, family and removal cases. Gathering of evidence in support of applications, petitions and relief from deportation. Frequent (daily) client contact with a wide variety of clients from all over the world. Proficient Spanish speaking is required.
The candidate should be a professional self-starter with a strong work ethic and good attitude. Must have acumen for marketing and business development. Should have excellent analytical, oral and writing skills and confidence when dealing with clients. Must be comfortable with billing and collections procedures.
