Mid-level Asset and Corporate Finance Associate Attorney

The candidate will join the Asset and Corporate Finance practice group. Will work independently and as part of a team to advise a variety of national and international clients across the firms global platform. Meaningful experience with leveraged finance, asset finance (including real estate finance), and/or loan workouts is desired.
