IP Bio Patent Associate Attorney

Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an IP bio patent associate attorney with 2+ years of biotech patent prep and prosecution experience within a law firm setting to join the growing Intellectual Property practice group. The candidate will serve in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, IP due diligence, patent portfolio management, and general intellectual property counseling for clients ranging from start-up entrepreneurs to large biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies and research institutions. Must have a strong scientific background and Ph.D. in a relevant life sciences discipline (e.g., molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, and immunology).
