Washington D.C. office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks energy attorney - counsel or of counsel with 8+ years of FERC-related experience, including experience on electric regulatory matters. The candidate will work on an exciting variety of FERC electric regulatory matters for a nation-wide mix of clients and will therefore be asked to work primarily East Coast business hours. Will interact directly with clients with the goal of taking on responsibility to manage complex cases independently and helping transition matters from other senior attorneys. Also be given the training and resources to begin developing their own clients, if desired. Should preferably have experience with FERC natural gas rate cases and certificate matters, NERC regulation and enforcement matters, and hydroelectric licensing and project development. Local Bar membership is a plus. Prior law firm experience or employment at FERC is very beneficial.

The candidate must have a J.D. degree.
