Senior Litigation Attorney Attorney

Lexington office of our client seeks a senior litigation attorney with 5 years of first-chair litigation experience. The candidate will assist in litigation. Court appearances will be frequent. Draft pleadings. Client service. New client intake. Other responsibilities as needed. Must be a practicing attorney, licensed in Kentucky. Should be experienced in the variety of matters heard by the family court. Experience in the area of family law preferred. Experience from another jurisdiction may be acceptable. More recent experience is preferred. Experience with a variety of family court proceedings, including divorce, is preferred. Must have time-keeping experience and experience with billable hour requirements. Should have new client intake experience.
