The candidate should have substantial drafting experience, have a solid understanding of estate and gift taxation. Must be admitted to practice in the State of New York.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school. Must be a skilled draftsperson. Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills needed. An L.L.M. in taxation is a plus.
