M&A/Corporate Attorney

Canton office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks m&a/corporate attorney with 4-7 years of experience in a corporate law firm or in house legal department. The candidate will be drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements and related ancillary transaction documents. Will be advising on mergers and acquisitions and business entity governance matters. Advising on choice of entity and creating and restructuring business entities. Assisting in due diligence efforts and managing disclosure schedules. Maintaining a current working knowledge of laws and regulatory developments; and structuring and drafting documents for commercial and finance transactions. Experience working on sophisticated merger and acquisition transactions essential. Must be licensed or attain license to practice law in the State of Ohio.

The candidate should have strong contract drafting, research, and writing skills. Ability to work effectively with teams and independently, as well as manage and prioritize multiple projects essential. Must have strong analytical skills.
