Mid-level Real Estate Associate Attorney

Birmingham office of our client seeks a mid-level real estate associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The candidate will work closely with the shareholders to assume such responsibilities as: Working on a broad range of complex transactional matters related to commercial real estate; contributing to the coordination and execution of successful commercial real estate transactions including closings; performing due diligence; providing legal analysis in documents related to commercial real estate development and construction. Must have experience drafting legal documents for corporate matters. Should be licensed to practice law in the State of Alabama and be in good standing with the Alabama State Bar.

The candidate should have excellent academic credentials. Must have excellent written communications skills to produce written work in a concise and effective manner. Must have strong presentation skills and is able to clearly communicate advice to clients and colleagues. Must have strong analytical skills and can offer unique perspectives on complex issues. Should have sound judgment and works effectively under pressure.
