Litigation Associate Attorney

Tampa office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with experience. The candidate will be managing an assigned caseload under partner supervision from inception to resolution, including trial. Will be managing cases to include all aspects of day-to-day handling, appearances, moving cases forward through litigation efficiently and effectively, both offensively and defensively, and resolution. Must have an active license in good standing with the Florida Bar. Prior legal experience with a preference for first-party civil litigation is required.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate degree. Must have excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Must be an effective communicator. Motivation, the ability to be a self-starter, and task ownership are central to the job and firm culture required.
