Associate Attorney

Philadelphia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 2+ years of experience in Labor and Employment. The candidate will be serving legal research, drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions, drafting and answering discovery, trial preparation and trial assistance. Should preferably have experience in Professional Liability, A&E or D&O. Must have experience in filing pleadings with State and Federal courts and appearing in Court. Admission to practice in the State of Pennsylvania is required, Admission to practice to New Jersey, or Delaware, a plus.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented and must communicate with clients and colleagues effectively and in a timely manner. Must have graduated with a 3.2 law school GPA or higher.
