Mid-level Corporate Associate Attorney

The ideal candidate should have experience working with private equity funds, independent sponsors, and portfolio companies in connection with M&A transactions, capital raises, and debt and securities offerings. Should also have experience drafting operating and partnership agreements, and attending to the day-to-day needs of portfolio companies. Should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and research skills, experience negotiating important transaction documents, and the ability to draft M&A transaction documents. Must be admitted to the Texas Bar.
