New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a trademark attorney with 4+ years of relevant experience. The candidate will maintain a docket using CPI. Will draft a wide range of agreements and practice before the Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Must have experience clearing and registering trademarks, domestic and foreign. Copyright experience is a plus. NY Bar admission is required.
