Senior Associate Attorney

Sudbury office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior associate attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation experience. The candidates responsibilities will include the exercise of significant autonomy in managing discovery, motion practice, and trial representation. Handle matters that may include construction contract disputes, defense of Attorney General and Department of Labor investigations, and some employment litigation. Handle review and negotiation of construction, business, and employment agreements. Civil litigation experience, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, and arguing and defending motions, is required. Trial experience is preferred. Experience drafting and arguing appeals is a plus. Experience in construction litigation, including contract, claims litigation and designer liability, is strongly preferred. Experience in insurance defense, wage and hour litigation, or construction contract negotiation is a plus. Must be licensed in Massachusetts.
