Family Law Attorney

Salt Lake City office of our client seeks a family law attorney with 0-5 years of experience. The candidate will be drafting petitions, motions, court hearings, trial prep, evidentiary hearings, and witness preparation. Experience in real estate law, family law, or litigation is a plus. Must have prior experience with motion practice, drafting, and responding to discovery requests, depositions, and trials. Must currently be licensed to practice in Utah.

The candidate must have written and oral communication; organization and record-keeping; attention to detail; ability to work independently; adept at managing and completing several simultaneous projects; ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints; possess good judgment in making decisions and be creative in solving problems; charisma and people skills.
