The candidate will focus on issues related to retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and other employee benefit plans. Will handle ERISA-related litigation, including enforcement of contribution obligations, subrogation, post-judgment collection work, and withdrawal liability cases; and representing the firms employee benefit plan clients in arbitrations and in state and federal court. Plan administration background is a plus. Should be a California licensed attorney with notable collection litigation and employee benefits law experience. Experience in the area of employee benefits law is also necessary.
