The candidate will have the opportunity to lead transactions substantively and procedurally in coordination with other team members. Should have significant experience with CRE loan originations, drafting Participation and Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreements, and CRE finance work in addition to multiple other areas of commercial real estate including diligence, acquisition, disposition and financing, and, preferably, joint venture experience. Must have strong law school academic credentials together with relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience.
