Boston office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a case evaluation attorney with 3-6 years of experience in securities class action and/or derivative litigation. The candidate will assist with the investigation and development of securities class actions, derivative actions, and individual securities litigation in federal and state courts across the country. Will conduct a detailed factual and legal analysis of potential and pending securities and derivative claims. Attorneys with diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Experience with the Delaware Court of Chancery is a plus. A background in economics or finance is helpful.

The candidate should have a JD degree. Must have exceptional research and writing skills, a strong academic background, and a demonstrated interest in securities fraud litigation. Solid time management, multitasking, initiative, and communication skills are also essential.
