Junior Tax Law Associate Attorney

Cleveland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a junior tax law associate attorney with 2-4 years of tax law experience, either at a law firm, accounting firm, or in-house. The candidate should preferably have experience in transactional business matters, including demonstrated experience with general transactional work and tax structuring for transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations. Former federal clerkships are a plus. An LL.M. degree in Tax is a plus. Must have excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
