Finance Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a finance associate attorney with 2-5 years of experience in corporate, real estate or commercial finance, securities, public finance, or a combination of one or more of those areas. The candidate will be involved in a varied and dynamic practice, ranging from new origination of collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) and other asset-backed securities, corporate bonds, specialty finance to the resolution of distressed transactions.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, superb communication and writing skills, be a self-starter with a commitment to excellence, and have the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Strong financial, analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills and the ability to work independently, with direct client contact, are important.
