Corporate Associate Attorney

Austin office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a corporate associate attorney with 1-3 years of prior corporate legal experience, with a law firm, and will be a member of the Firm's Corporate practice group. The candidate will be supporting the corporate practice group; advising clients on corporate governance and structure matters; negotiating and drafting company agreements, partnership agreements, and other corporate documents; and handling M&A transactions, private placement and bank financings, and private investments. Must be licensed in the State of Texas.
