Estate Planning Of Counsel

Burlington office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an estate planning of counsel with 5+ years of experience. The candidate must have substantial experience in general estate planning, estate and gift tax planning, estate and gift tax return review and preparation, and probate and trust administration. Experience in trust and estate litigation and tax controversy would be a plus. CPA or LL.M. degree in taxation is preferred.

The candidate must be self-directed and comfortable with client interaction.

The fifty-seven year old law office is headquartered in Vermont. There are two primary areas of practice. Business and litigation are their practice disciplines with diverse areas.
