Assistant District Attorney

Easton office of our client seeks an assistant district attorney with experience. The candidate will be assigned a caseload of criminal cases and regularly appear in front of magisterial district judges and Court of Common Pleas judges. Will be required to handle a variety of legal proceedings, including preliminary hearings, arraignments, pre-trial motion litigation, jury and bench trials, sentencing hearings, and post-conviction litigation. Must be admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and in good standing.
