Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks energy and projects attorney with 2-4 years of transactional experience. The candidate should preferably have experience of project development and finance transactions. Experience could include negotiation of mergers and acquisitions transactions, joint venture/formation, feedstock, offtake, EPC/EPCM, O&M services, transportation, commodity purchase and sale and other project agreements.

The District of Columbia legal practice concentrates on business, litigation, and regulatory law issues in the federal government as well as the public sector. A team of well-established attorneys are employed at law office. Several DC attorneys are highly-skilled in government law matters. There are ten areas of practice. Antitrust, business transactions, corporate-securities law, energy, environmental, and government procurement-sanctions are a number of their practice disciplines.
