The ideal candidate must possess working knowledge of federal and state employment laws, wage and hour regulations, leaves of absence, discipline and discharge issues and have experience appearing before government agencies and preparing employee handbooks, employment-related contracts and workplace policies. Must possess excellent academic credentials and communication and writing skills. Should have NH or MA Bar admission, with the expectation that the second admission will be obtained.
