Dallas office of our client seeks litigation associate attorney with 2+ years of experience in practicing consumer financial litigation law. The candidate will work through complex commercial litigation-related issues. Should have experience analyzing, reviewing, editing, and drafting litigation documents. Experience in maintaining a record of billable hours, 1800 to 2000 per year expected is essential. Licensed in both Texas and Nevada, or Florida are preferred. Must be licensed to practice in Texas and Nevada or Florida.

The candidate should have good academic credentials and strong references. Superior logical reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical skills are needed. Must have demonstrated the ability to work with clients who demand excellence and be able to meet their expectations. Must have a commitment to working ethically and always in the best interests of client. Excellent work ethic, articulate, efficient and analytical and interpersonal skills are needed. Must be a self-starter and be able to work within a fast-paced, demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are needed. Excellent verbal and written communication competences are essential. JD degree from an accredited law school with strong GPA is needed. Should be an expert in Microsoft Office.
