Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 4+ years of solid, diverse experience in commercial real estate transactions. The candidate will join the Finance Department. Will provide support as part of project teams handling finance transactions secured by or primarily involving real estate. Must have a strong real estate background, including, by way of example, working knowledge of and experience with: title and survey; financing and security agreements; sale and purchase agreements; leases; and easements and access agreements. Should preferably have a basic familiarity with, or a strong desire to understand, the relationship between the real estate and financing components of renewable energy, bioenergy, P3, and infrastructure projects. Active Bar license is preferred.
