Senior Real Estate Associate Attorney or Counsel

Dallas office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior real estate associate attorney or counsel with 5-7 years of commercial real estate development experience. The candidate will work collaboratively with dedicated partners and associates on a variety of complex transactional matters and will assume such responsibilities as Contributing to the coordination and execution of a broad range of complex transactional matters such as joint ventures, commercial real estate development, acquisitions, and sales, and commercial leasing; Handling closing joint ventures, acquisitions, sales, leases and the development of real property; Handling construction loans; Performing due diligence, writing, and negotiations with opposing counsel. Excellent title and survey review skills are required. The ability to draft joint ventures is required. The ability to draft and negotiate complex development, purchase and sale, leasing, financing, and corporate documents is required. Previous law firm experience is required. The ability to oversee junior attorneys and coordinate transactions with third-party vendors, such as title companies, surveyors, etc. is preferred. Must be licensed to practice law and be in good standing in the state. Should have excellent academic credentials. Possesses outstanding oral and written communication skills. Should have strong interpersonal skills.
