Salt Lake City office of our client seeks associate attorney with experience. The candidate will be focusing on creditors' rights and the representation of mortgage lenders and loan servicers. Will be reviewing files and documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal and state requirements; identifying and addressing title and other issues associated with foreclosure, eviction, and bankruptcy proceedings; and overseeing non-attorney staff. Experience with foreclosure, title, eviction, and bankruptcy is highly preferred. Active Utah State Bar license is required. (Additional Wyoming, Idaho, and/or Montana State Bar license preferred).

The candidate should have ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure. Must have strong academic credentials, writing ability, and interpersonal skills are required. (For recent grads, law review/journal experience preferred). Excellent computer skills are essential.

This Utah-based law firm was formed more than two decades ago and is comprised of a small number of highly competent attorneys and a professional support team. It deals with a wide range of issues related to eleven areas of practice, including bankruptcy, collections, eviction, excess sale proceeds recovery, and foreclosure. This law practice is a member of several prominent industry associations.
