Chicago office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks mid-to senior-level products liability associate attorney with 3+ years of experience as a practicing litigator, including experience in drafting pleadings; preparing and responding to discovery; taking and defending fact, party, and expert depositions; motion practice, and court appearances. The ideal candidate must have excellent academic credentials and communication skills, and dedicated interest and experience in products liability defense work, with medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturer clients, with both complex multi-district matters as well as one-off individual cases. Former trial-level clerkships are a plus. A scientific background is also a plus, as well as an entrepreneurial orientation. Must be able to thrive in a team-oriented environment and possess exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
